Hi! My name is Tasha Cutaia.

I am a wife, mom and HR professional for a local HVAC company.  I have come to love what the guard represents, family, friendship and building confident kids. My child, Fritz, has been a member since 2018 and is currently in the RA guard and absolutely loves this activity. My husband Steve is one of the truck drivers and part of the floor crew.

I have been on the board since 2019, becoming Vice President in 2020 and then transitioned to Treasurer this year.

I'm very excited to see what we can do as an active board to grow the organization and the members, while keeping that family feeling.
