Hi, my name is Tracy Smith and I am excited to be a new member of the board. My family has been a part of this organization since 2016 when my daughter started in the cadet group. She is now beginning her 4th year on the IA team. I truly enjoy being involved with an organization that cares deeply about its members, the community, and the sport, and I only hope to leave it better than when I found it.
